Terms of Loyalty program

As a loyal customer of SSN Trading Oy, you receive a discount on your purchases. Loyal customers are grouped into four different levels according to their purchase accumulation, and membership is per customer account. Only consumer customers can become a loyal customer.

Purchases from all SSN Trading Oy stores and shops are taken into account in the purchase accumulation.

To become a loyal customer, you must fill out the application at the bottom of the page. You can fill out the application at any time, and we will check the purchases accumulated during the 6 months preceding the request and check which level the purchases qualify for. Purchases are accumulated for both regular-priced and discounted products, but other discounts, shipping costs and payment method costs are not taken into account.

The online store automatically calculates the discount for loyal customers at the checkout. The discount applies to both regular-priced and discounted products. Loyal customers can use campaign codes if they give a better discount.

Our loyal customers' accumulated purchases are reviewed semi-annually for the periods January-June and July-December after they have ended, after which the necessary adjustments are made to the levels. Loyal customers are notified of the changes personally by email.

The loyalty level can be reviewed at any time upon the customer's request.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the loyalty program.

Application

By submitting an application, we will check the purchases corresponding to the email address you provided for the last 6 months and assign the account to the corresponding customer level. Before submitting the application, please make sure that your purchases exceed the €120 limit and that you have an account created in one of our online stores.
